How often is preventive maintenance recommended?

It depends on your production hours: for intensive operations we recommend scheduled quarterly checks of printheads, wipers, filters, and the ink system. A preventive plan avoids unplanned downtime and extends printhead life, the most expensive component.

Do you provide service outside Bogota and Colombia?

Yes. We serve all of Colombia and Latin America with immediate remote support and scheduled on-site visits. Most issues are diagnosed and resolved in a single call with our engineers.

Do you work with original spare parts?

Exclusively. We keep local stock in Bogota of Kyocera printheads, electronic boards, solenoid valves, sensors, and original Atexco maintenance kits, with express shipping across the region.

How does the 24-hour support work?

Through the service advisor line by phone or WhatsApp. Our engineers run remote diagnostics, guide you step by step and, if a part or visit is needed, they arrange it immediately. Software updates are included at no cost.
